Blake, a dude from San Francisco who’s a husband and dad, gets his hands on his old family house in Oregon ’cause his dad’s gone missing. Things are rocky with his wife Charlotte—who’s got a lot of power in her own right—so Blake talks her into leaving the city for a while to check out the place with their little girl, Ginger.

But here’s where it gets wild: they roll up to this farmhouse super late at night, and out of nowhere, some freaky animal starts going after them. They barely make it inside and lock themselves in while this creature creepily hangs around outside.

As if things aren’t bad enough, Blake starts acting really off, like creepy off. He isn’t quite himself anymore. So now Charlotte is stuck figuring out whether this weirdness inside the house is scarier than whatever’s lurking outside.
